To any potential future parents of Holy Spirit kids, be prepared to be blown away! I have had the amazing opportunity to have had two children attend preschool program here. My only regret is not knowing about this program sooner for my oldest (she attended preK4, my son attended prek3 &4). We absolutely love this school and everyone in it, and honestly have nothing but good things to say.

To give an example, my younger son was very much a “pandemic” kid, having been home two years while I worked from home. He arrived his first day shy and in tears (let’s be honest, I shed quite a few tears too). His teachers and all of the staff were so patient and kind. I picked up a grinning boy who had “the best day ever.” (And, I might add, I got an email check in from Holy Spirit too that day!)

I have watched my son blossom from a shy toddler to a confident kid. I watched my social daughter find new interests and many friends. Leaving a child in the hands of others was something I found incredibly difficult, but there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that when I dropped them off at Holy Spirit, they are met with love, patience, and kindness by the teachers and staff.

And of course there’s the education; I have absolutely no concerns about either of my kids entering kindergarten knowing adding and subtracting, letters, sight words, and Spanish. My kids came home every day bursting with new knowledge and couldn’t wait to tell me what they’ve learned. I question a lot of things in life, especially decisions about my kids care and education. I have never questioned this decision.
If you’re considering Holy Spirit, do it.

Holy Spirit School has been such a fantastic choice for our family. This school’s amazing community of students, families, teachers and staff is what makes HSS so special. The small class sizes lead to lots of opportunities for the students to participate, and it encourages a sense of community where nobody is left out or left behind, and every face is familiar. Not only are our children learning and growing academically, but they are thriving in an environment that encourages the same faith-based values that we teach at home. We look forward to many more years at Holy Spirit School!

The best thing about Holy Spirit School is the community. The students of HSS clearly care deeply for their classmates and are always ready to welcome new students. The teachers clearly see their work in the light of the Catholic, Christian values that are the foundation of the place. One of the best places to see the HSS community at work is how, at the end of a night event, you'll see a bunch of families--unasked-- helping put chairs and tables away and cleaning up.

Holy Spirit School is a place of belonging. Not only do all students of all different diversities fit-in, they belong to the school community. My students with special needs have always been treated with kindness and never made to feel bad or less than. Holy Spirit School truly embraces the "Christ-like" mentality and just the genuine "kindness and respect" for all.
